Retrostep Took payment for out of stock item …

I bought a pair of shoes from retrostep but a few days later received two emails. One saying the item was out of stock and another saying that I,the customer, had requested a refund (I did not request a refund because I had thought the shoes were on their way). I then realised they had taken the payment (usually a company will cancel the transaction immediately). I contacted them and was sent a message saying that I had been refunded, but days later I am still out of pocket and with no shoes. They are also marketed as being local to the UK but I noticed Chinese characters in the response I was sent. Never again and I’d advise never to buy from them.
