So, this is a long story, but one that folks need to hear about. There was this exciting company that already had a product that they were selling, but they decided to improve it. They launched a kickstarter campaign in October 2016 and got the funding they said they needed. They were pretty good in the beginning and gave us updates, then they took longer and longer to update us. Timelines slipped and they stopped providing updates. They announced on their website pre-orders for the product and it looked just like what we all hoped it would be. To be fair, somewhere in all of this, they felt bad enough that they provided discounted versions of their original product, but...Fast forward to September 2019, the founders have gotten married and taken some trips, but there has still been no recent update on the RevelLight, yet they continue to show it for pre-order with delivery in spring 2019. Beware this company
