The service feels like a scam. I placed an order for clothing on November 22nd and received an order number along with tracking details from overseas. I monitored the shipment, but there was no progress. After a week of poor communication despite providing my order number, I decided to get a refund from my bank. Shortly after, I received an email claiming my items were delivered on November 7th, which is absurd since I ordered them on November 22nd.
