Totally unresponsive service! Regarding the help to buy there are so much ambiguities like 1. they limited the file size to upload 10mb but the loan approval is 20mb and no way to reduce it to 10mb 2. they are saying Mortgage letter of offer andSigned mortgage acceptance form are needed. It looks like just uploading the signed letter of offer is enough, but, no way to confirm this.I called them and they said that no phone line for help to buy and you need to submit a query which takes weeks to months to get an answer. They said that we understood you might have a risk of loosing your home but they can not help on the phone line. This is ridiculous!
