I really feel that I have to write a review regarding an experience I had with Revenue Ireland.I have been trying to sort out my tax affairs since August of 2023 and to date it has not been rectified.This morning I rang Revenue and spoke with a woman called Tracy.I was taken aback with her manner,her efficiency,her attention to detail and her competent attitude.She listened to what I had to say and came up with a resolution straight away.This woman did more in five minutes than has been in achieved in eight months.It was a pleasure to deal with someone so professional,she should be so proud of herself.I was dreading having to explain my situation and keeping it as simple as possible but this wasn't an issue.All I can say is there should be more Tracy's working in jobs that deal with the public Thanks so much Tracy.
