I have had a very poor experience
Sadly I used an old address and despite letting them know immediately they said it had already been sent
If only they were so quick on the returns
I returned my products un opened on their refund offer and royal mail tracked the returns and it is easy to see they have recieved them
And yet they say their warehouse has not confirmed this and they will not issue a refund based on the tracking information of the company they use!
Wow
This is not a process i would trust and im still waiting ..
