I paid for one month and had the credits were added to my account, came back in a couple of weeks, and since my subscription was not "active," I was not able to use the credits I bought unless i pay yet another month and reactivate my subscription. Despicable. They told me I could create videos with my credits but not download them without a subscription. What a shame, bye! and good luck with that! (they were nice when i contacted them, but acted as if they didnt have competitors) ciao! Never again
