Very poor. Placed my order November 26, received a message that it shipped on December 31 and then shortly another email to say that the package was lost in the warehouse. They were creating a new box for me that I have still yet to receive. They asked me to complete a survey for something I haven’t even received yet, and they addressed me by an incorrect name. I’m so disappointed in the service and lack of attention to detail.
