I requested an additional part only if they could resolve the issue. Excellent communication via email, and after dropping it off, I received a phone update that it was running perfectly. The additional part was ordered, and I was informed about the labor involved in fitting it, which I accepted. Friendly staff, good communication, fair prices, and my mower is now running superbly. As a commercial grass cutter, I will rely on this company for my ride-on and other equipment.
