I bought a black Vauxhall insignia from here back in may. Oliver was a great help, professional and friendly up until I encountered my first issue 3 days after driving away. After waiting 2 months for him to repair the 5 issues with the vehicle, one of them being a engine light. He had it for 7 days. Within 2 days of getting the car back, the engine light was back on and all the issues still existed. He’d only deleted the engine light which of course came back on with the fault not being fixed. After letting him know the issues was still there he started to take longer getting back to me and I decided to get in touch with the finance company and told them I no longer wanted the car. Oliver became difficult not accepting the car back when legally he’s allowed one chance to repair it before I’m in my rights to return. I was advised not to drive the car as it was in bad condition. To which I had too as it was my only mode of transport for my family. This was a very stressful time for me over the 6 months from getting the car to him accepting it back this week after I placed a negative review on here which prompted him to accept the car back. I’ve no doubt he will reply to this and say I’m lying or he tried to fix it etc. I have lots of proof and text messages should I need to upload them. But please save your hard earned money and look elsewhere.
