I have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia (POTs). This means I need large amounts of electrolytes in the warmer months and when I do any exercise. The other electrolyte brands have too much sugar which is bad for my Insulin Resistance. This has been an excellent alternative, have been drinking for a few weeks now. Im impressed. It does the job and its twice as strong as other brands so its cost effective!!
