I've ordered from this company several times because I love their product, despite its high price for electrolytes. However, they have failed to ship my product on time on three occasions. They didn't communicate any delays or reasons for the delays, even though they had already charged me.I have a medical condition that requires regular electrolytes, making timely delivery essential. Their service and shipping policies are shocking, and their customer support is even worse. They didn't apologize and only informed me that my item would be shipped sometime next week, which is unacceptable and vague. As a goodwill gesture, they offered me a single sachet, which felt inadequate considering the repeated issues.It's disappointing when a great product is overshadowed by poor service. I hope they can improve their customer service and shipping practices.
