I replied immediately and received another message on July 18th asking for my contact details, which I provided, but I haven't heard back since. I emailed again on December 31st with no response, and when I called on January 1st, as usual, there was no answer. I set the unit aside in July due to the faults and the lack of responses from the company, but I decided to give it another try in late December, and it was even worse—barely any sensation at levels 60-70, and even at 100, it feels weak. The company only responds through a review platform; they won't answer calls or return emails. I'm now seeking legal advice to file a claim against this dreadful company for the stress they've caused me, the wasted time, and their total lack of customer service.
