Your customer service, frankly, sucks! I emailed 2 weeks ago, no reply. So I had to write here for you to finally respond, which you did. Now again, this morning, I go to cancel an order this morning, 2 minutes after placing the order, as it was incorrect. You don’t email back. You don’t write back on instagram. 7 hours later, you ship the order. When the incorrect order and the correct order arrive, we will return to sender both. I refuse to buy from a company with shitty customer service. We planned to try you for 1 month, than ‘Rejuvenated’ for 1 month, before deciding which to buy long-term. We’ll be skipping you and going straight to Rejuvenated. Do better with your customer service! 🤬
