I purchased a clear single tooth partial and sent the impressions in. 2 weeks later I get notified that they made my partial in gum colored and not clear (which costs more) so I would have to wait for them to remake it. I got it yesterday and when I put it in there’s a large dark colored gap between the partial and my tooth. It looks like a giant cavity between my teeth. I contacted the company and let them know and received an email saying my gum receded and that is my fault. If I want to redo it in gum colored I would need to pay them $100.??? They then said “A gentle reminder we don’t give refunds”. They never tried to fix the issue and brushed me off. They don’t answer their phone and they delete any negative feedback from their social media. I made a huge mistake trusting this internet only company, do yourself a favor and learn from my lesson.
