I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I've been trying to get in touch for a refund for ten days with no response, and I only have a month to return the item. I’m quite surprised as returns with another service have always been smooth. I don't understand why this service is so unresponsive. I've messaged multiple times and heard nothing. Please, I hope to get a reply soon. This is unlike any experience I've had with other companies!
