Still waiting for my order of the 21st to be dispatched. After six working days, I would expect a message to let me know they're busy, or they're delayed, etc. I contacted customer services with my order number and received an automated reply which asked for my order number... Resupplied this with my email and name, and received another AI/automated reply asking for these details to be supplied if not already. i.e. Zendesk's/Revivo's attempt to replace humans isn't set up to actually read the incoming messages from customers. No human response yet. Vivo is a great company with high quality products, so I was keen to support Revivo and try to be sustainable, but I'm regretting it now. This arm of your business is letting you down.I would love to receive my order by 7th for a hike, but I'm not feeling hopeful now.
