I have been struggling with secitca pain and also I have problem with my L4 disk and I have bad pain from few years but Dr advised me for injection or for surgery still i am looking for these things but at the moment the best thing is my pain is 70% less then before just because of this pillow and this is the true review so I am glad that I have choose this..Thank you
