I saw an ad for the knee pillow and thought it looked great so, I placed an order Dec 13. It supposedly shipped Dec 15 and it finally arrived Jan 7. I did reach out to the company and they said, "Our logistics partners let us know that the batch containing your order was pulled aside for a standard customs check. These inspections are completely normal and happen randomly, but they can take an unpredictable amount of time to clear." I honestly think it's a sham. They probably purposely hold off on shipping so customers are unable to successfully request a charge-back on their credit card or complete a return.My pillow was shipped from California. There's no way individually ordered knee pillows are being sent from Asia as that would prove way too expensive a venture for Revoget to stay profitable.Anyway, the pillow is "meh." Save your coin.
