Not only was the product great, but the customer service was excellent. I mistakenly ordered the wrong size equipment for my power rack, and then had a family emergency - leading to missing the return window.
Revolt let me return it anyways. During the return process, UPS failed to use both labels, making the process of tracking both of my returns more difficult for both Revolt and myself. In spite of yet another issue, Revolt still replaced the equipment. They had no obligation to do so, as the fault was mine (missing the return deadline) and the mix-up on the return was no fault of their own.
I highly recommend them for not only the product itself (it's working great - I have the pulley system with a seat attachment) but the customer service who went above and beyond.
