Customer care outstanding for the situation at hand regarding the purchase. It was unfortunate that the specs did not meet what was posted regarding the equipment that I purchased, in an effort to further correct the situation I damaged the product while trying to perform my own remedy. The staff at revolt responded immediately to my email when I was solicited to provide a review. A very positive dialogue ensued. Corrective action couldn’t be taken because I damaged the product in my attempt to fix bc specifications being off just enough that the device purchase did not fit my rack. Folks were consistently very understanding, and made every effort to accommodate me, because of the damage as a result of my trying to fix essentially Left everyone’s hands tied, and I completely understand that. I was offered a gift certificate, which I am very grateful for because I should’ve reached out prior to trying to take correct of action. It’s my fault that the interaction at the end there. But I do intend on continuing to purchase from revolt as I have previously.
