I didn’t feel I had received all of the batteries committed at time of purchase. Was told it was Tru Hearing’s responsibility, and Revolution couldn’t help! I contacted Tru Hearing at the number I had in my files. They researched and ultimately sent me one-year’s worth of batteries for one of my aids (I had already initially received one-year’s worth for the other directly from Tru-Hearing.). That is what Tru Hearing said I should get, one-year for each aid…I have TWO.
