Bought Yearly Spotify premium, 12 months, fresh account. Website advertises "instant". After purchasing told to wait 1-2 weeks maybe more. Genuinely shocking, 2 weeks wait for Spotify premium. the only reason i've given 2 stars is because when i used to use lifetime it was actually good and staff were helpful and active. Now there's 2 or 3 odd staff that are actually active and helping leaving me to wait 2 hours for an answer to a yes or no question. fall off is insane. Asked for refund (cancellation) after i found out it was falsely advertised and all i got was a sorry. Wouldn't recommend.
