I can't say enough about my RevX cold plunge and the benefits I've already experienced from using it. I'm located in Denver where we have some pretty drastic temperature swings even in the winter. The chiller responds quickly by either heating or cooling the water to the temperature I set my cold plunge it to so it's always ready to get in whether it's nearing 100 degrees or well below zero. The set up was very easy and guided step by step by helpful instructional videos that are broken up to focus on each part of the process to ensure a successful build. I was able to reduce the footprint of the system quite a bit with the wheels that attach to the bottom of the chiller and by shortening some of the hoses. The entire system was able to fit exactly where I needed it to on my back porch to leave enough room for outdoor patio furniture and an area for grilling. The pump is always circulating my water through the filter for consistent water quality and is nearly silent inside the pump/filter cabinet. The biggest surprise for me with the RevX system was how energy efficient both the pump and chiller are while being powered on 24/7. There was almost no increase in my electricity bill. All that being said, the best part are the health benefits I felt after the 1st cold plunge. I work out a good bit and am consistently sore after tough workouts (especially leg day). If I get in the cold plunge after a tough workout, rarely am I even a little sore. That level of recovery is exactly what I am looking for out of the investments I make in my health.
