Ordered a helmet and a pair of boots from RevZilla because their website said both items would ship within 24 hours. That didn’t happen. It took them about five days just to ship my order, and then another week before it even reached customs.Once it finally cleared U.S. customs, the package somehow got sent back to their warehouse for no reason. Nobody explained why. I asked for a full refund since I never received my order, but they only refunded me part of it, they kept the shipping costs.According to Dutch consumer protection law, I’m entitled to a full refund including shipping, so that’s really disappointing. The whole experience has been slow, frustrating, and handled pretty poorly. I definitely wouldn’t recommend ordering from RevZilla, especially if you’re outside the U.S. And not to forget the default auto reply below any review…
