Rude response from 'customer service' agent essentially calling me a liar and not bothering to look at the screenshots provided.Have cancelled the account as I am sick of dealing with their 'customer service' agents who provide no service and can't even open a screen shot or read the complaint before providing the template response.AVOID THIS MOB
