This is my review to them after cashing out for the first time ever. “Before you close my account for absolute no reason, you shall pay me the $11.95 that Ive earnt this is my hard time and hard effort I have the rights to earn this if not. I am going to make a complaint, negative review, and try to sue you. This is not fair. 2 hours of my time just to not get my money and get my account closed. The final say is that I dont have a phone number. Deleting an account for no phone number is tremendous. I want to speak to the owner, and I want my money, after Ive got a statement for $11.95 you can close my account. This is my first time coming across an absolutely negative experience of a survey.” When signing up I put an old phone number of mine now they are saying to get an sms from that number but I don’t have access to that number so they are going to close my account
