Very bad. I would not recommend to anyone. I have been working toward points for a gift card for a few months now and have gotten quite close (about 6,300 points, the card originally needed 6,000 but the price was raised to 6,750). It told me that I could get it at the price I was planning on getting it at; however, it would not let me do so and said I had insufficient points. That's not the issue though. I was of course, very close to the points I now required, but then my points suddenly disappeared while I was in the middle of getting points. It reverted to 215 points out of nowhere. I was very excited about the prospect of soon receiving this card, so this makes me very disappointed. I am so disappointed in Microsoft and won't be buying Microsoft products in the future because it is not at all trustworthy.
