On June 19th 2025 a $30.00 Amazon gift card was sent to me using my 32,000 points. I did not order this card but thought maybe Microsoft thought I was accumulating to many points and sent it to me so I clicked on the code and when I did a scammer was able to use the card on Amazon. I have since used my points to order 2 $5,00 Amazon cards and the same thing happens but this time I did not click on the code so I have 2 gift cards sitting in my account not being used. I notified Microsoft but no one is helping me get this straightened out. They won't even send me new codes so I can use the cards. Amazon told me the code should be 16 digits and these codes are 8 digits. I have changed my password but it did no good because still every time if I order a gift card using my points if I click on the code a scammer will get it. I have notified Microsoft so many times but it does no good. I just need Microsoft to check into this and get it straightened out. One of the worst companies for support I have ever dealt with.
