However, in February over 12,000 points (£60+ worth) expired due to a “Seasonal Points Expiry” rule that was apparently introduced late last year - with little direct notice.I didn’t receive any email about this. The only communication they cite was a pop-up on their website months earlier, which isn’t reliable if you’re using the site only to initiate tracked purchases via your phone.Because there’s no sensible way for many long-term savers to redeem outside here and there, losing points you’ve banked over years feels unfair. Had I known expiry was coming, I would have used other cashback/rewards services instead.The current scheme still has some decent features, but beware that old points can vanish without clear reminders, and if you’re saving for something big, make sure you understand the updated terms.
