This shirt was a holiday gift from my mom, and I truly hoped it would be great since the design is fun and the print quality is nice. Sadly, the sizing was much bigger than I anticipated. Even considering the description of a “relaxed fit,” the XL was way too large to wear comfortably. What added to my disappointment was the exchange process. Communication was slow and overly complicated, making it feel unnecessarily hard for what should have been a straightforward size exchange. It required several rounds of photos and explanations, and it still wasn’t managed smoothly. If you decide to order, be very careful with sizing and prepare for a difficult exchange experience.
