I ordered 3 dresses. I paid for expedited delivery and sent them to the hotel I would be at before my cruise. They made a label up (my hubby works at post office so I know this trick of the trade) 2 weeks before they actually mailed it. So not only did I not get the speedy delivery I paid for, the hotel refused it because I had long checked out by the time it finally go there. I understand things happen, and honestly I love this companies products and have ordered before. But I have emailed them repeatedly to just ask them to mail the dresses to my house (I know they received the return in early Feb. due to it having a tracking number on it. and they will not respond at all. I didn't ask for my money back or anything, I just wanted the dresses mailed to my house but they will not respond. Really, really bad customer service but they do have amazing products.
