Kent's overall demeanor of getting after it, and reminding me that time is limited, and to get exactness with clarity. The additional speakers were great too. The room feedback was strong as well. Brandon and Richards did a fantastic job. The ONLY suggestion I'd love to see implemented is we get started one hour earlier on the last day so we can depart one hour earlier to get Saturdays with my family. My travel schedule and business schedule is gnarly, and I need to gaurd my weekends so I don't have regret looking back as my 3 kids age.
