Ordered a hair clip which broke within minutes sadly. I have contacted the company a few days back and waiting to hear. Overall experience will depend on how this is managed I guess.... Whether it was just a bad clip or the clip design/ quality is overall poor I can't say as this is my first experience of this company and it's products.
