This review is about a customer service rep named Sherwin. He was awesome. I tried several times to unsubscribe from Rezi and it never worked. Finally in frustration I wrote to their customer service and Sherwin was kind and very helpful. I had used a former work email and that is why I couldn't cancel it, but Sherwin kept working on it until resolution. He were amazing. Thank you Sherwin. Your professionalism was greatly appreciated!
