I chose this service based on positive reviews, but my experience wasn't as great. I had a lithium battery, mains charger, and solar panel installed but emphasized the importance of keeping the vehicle battery charged while on hookup. Initially, the new mains charger didn't work properly and took days to charge the new battery. After returning, the issue was fixed by running new wires instead of using the existing ones, which was contrary to what I was initially told. Ultimately, the problem was resolved, but more thorough checking could have prevented the inconvenience.
