Ordered 2 T shirts 3 weeks ago they have not arrived. Had “ confirmation”from R&B to say they have been delivered. I’ve also received an e-mailed photograph from Royal Mail showing a parcel lying on a doorstep which isn’t mine or my neighbour’s claiming that they have delivered to my address. I have e-mailed R&B twice to ask for their help without receiving an acknowledgment of my complaint,never mind any help. They are ignoring me. Unless the situation is rectified soon I will never buy from them again and I’d advise others to think twice before buying from R&B
