I bought a hat from rhythm and it did not fit my head. I decided to return it (assuming there would be free returns as with most brands). Unfortunately, this brand does not reimburse for shipping or have a remotely user-friendly return process (you have to email them and wait a few days for someone to email you back). The shipping cost from the US to Australia (where the company is based) would have been more expensive than the hat itself so I decided to donate it.
