My experience with Ribble was beyond expectations.
Before placing the order, I'd sent some technical and ordering questions and I received concise and accurate responses, much earlier than the advised 2 days.
The online ordering process was straightforward and once the order was placed, surprisingly the assembly schedule was brought forward by weeks, so my bike assembly was scheduled for next days after the order. I made a technical request to my bike, which I thought it would not be captured due to the early assembly schedule, but again I received a very quick response and the accepted and included my request in the order. Great! The delivery was also well scheduled, but i had sn issue as the bike didn't arrive on the expected date. I contacted Ribble team, they responded straight away and proactively contracted the freight company, which contacted me abd the delivery was sorted.
I received the bike in perfect order, the bike is well built and looks really good (good finishing quality) the assembly and overall adjustments of gears and breaks, spot on.
I definitely recommend Ribble bikes as company to deal with and their bikes.
