I recently purchased an ex-display Ribble CGR E through the Cycle to Work scheme, and overall, I am incredibly impressed with the experience.
The Highlights:

Shipping & Packaging: For an ex-display bike, I was worried about potential scuffs during transit, but the bike arrived exceptionally well-packaged. It was clear they took great care to ensure it reached me in "as-new" condition.
The One Catch:
The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is the final setup. While the bike was physically pristine, the gears were not indexed before dispatch. It took a bit of fiddling on the work stand to get the shifting crisp and reliable. I would have expected an ex-display bike to have a final mechanical check-over to ensure it was "ride-ready" out of the box.
Final Verdict:
Minor indexing issue aside, I’m thrilled with the bike. It’s a fantastic machine, and the buying experience was professional and transparent. If you're looking at their outlet or ex-display stock, I’d highly recommend it—just be prepared to do a quick derailleur adjustment before your first big ride!
