I have to express how much we appreciate the sales people at Richard F Mackay. We had bought dining room chairs from Sterling which we were promised would be here early December. Well early December came we were told they were delayed due to the weather and would not be here until January. We had family coming over for Christmas and we needed the chairs. Here came Richard F Mackay to the rescue. The salesperson Ilona took our call, listened to our issue and found us some chairs from a manufacturer and had them FedExed to their warehouse to be delivered immediately. Chris another salesperson called to arrange delivery and when we requested a faster delivery he made sure it happened. The staff at Richard F Mackay are outstanding going above and beyond to make sure we had chairs for Christmas. Also the chairs are perfect for our new table.
