While visiting The Royal Highland Show at Ingliston in Edinburgh this year, l drifted into the Richard F Mackay stand, while looking at all the beautiful furniture l was approached by an extremely pleasant and indeed a very helpful sales representative called Jas. Jas was very knowledgeable & informative about a powered Stressless sofa l was interested in purchasing - as so was Michael. My sofa was delivered yesterday, on the exact time slot l was given, by two very experienced pleasant young delivery men - Murray & Dylan! With great care they set up my new sofa and took away my old sofa, which will be given to the British Heart Foundation Charity We are absolutely delighted with our new Stressless red leather sofa and the very professional, caring exact assistance we received in everyway from Richard F Mackay Ltd and every member of their staff we had dealings with!
