We paid for our sofa in March 2024, but were unable to take possession until early November. The company stored it for us during that period without any qualms. The delivery men arrived during the designated slot time and took the old sofa away. They were polite, professional and efficient, as were all staff we dealt with in the shop. The quality of our sofa and chairs are excellent and when requiring other furniture in the future we will definitely make them our first call.
