I ordered a dining room table and chairs. I waited about 3-4 weeks for it to come but my building work was not finished. I paid the balance for the table and chairs and Richard F Mackay were kind enough to hold on to them free of charge for a further 6 weeks until I was ready. Unfortunately when the goods arrived I discovered they had ordered the wrong table but said I could keep the one that had arrived until they ordered the correct table. My biggest 5 star review goes to Murray and Ben who delivered the table, phoned the store straight away when I said it was the wrong one and sorted it out. Both Murray and Ben were so respectful of my property, so careful with the new furniture, super quick at building it and even put on the wee pads I bought on the feet of table and chairs to prevent marking my flooring. They were so pleasant to deal with. Thank you 😊
