When we visited the Edinburgh store in the summer the whole experience was very enjoyable and the sales supervisor - Ioana Cherciu was so helpful and pleasant.We appreciated that making our sofa would take several months and were happy to wait. It arrived Monday. The delivery was arranged for a time to suit us, the old sofa was taken away and the delivery guys - Murray and Ben - were lovely and helpful. The sofa is fabulous - comfortable and a beautiful colour. We are very pleased.
