Bought our first suite, carpets in 1965 when the store was in South Clerk. Returned there last year to purchase a small sofa and Stressless leather chair; and then a few weeks later two G plan settees and an armchair. Regret the long lapse in time between visits.Service given by Jas on both our recent visits was first class. No attempt at hard sell -simply polite courteous patient and understanding contact throughout the whole process from the initial order to final delivery. In our experience Jas is a real credit to the company And these aspects have not changed from our first time at the store in 1965.Pretty good going!!
