Originally ordered two sofas but delivery was delayed by several months. Paul who was the sales assistant was most helpful and went through our options. We decided to cancel the original order and choose new sofas. This was no bother and very refreshing to be looked after so well. Replacement order arrived several weeks early which suited us as we had been waiting several months already.The delivery guys Steve and Neil were very polite and offered us aftercare advice. They took care removing our old sofas and bringing in our new ones. Well done everyone involved - this is what customer service is all about - other companies please take note!
