Bought a suite in clearance sale £1960. Sold as old stock. This suite came with issues which made me suspect it had been pre-owned. This ofcourse was denied by the store manager. He and sales man contradicted each other withthe origin of the suite. I would not recommend this store to anyone. My very negative experience is all I have to go on if ever this store is mentioned to me. Buyer beware! my findings were a Ripped base canvas,(store repaired) very dirty base even although sofa was on castors. Then I find hair clips, hair and biscuit crumbs down the sides of sofa. There were no removable fire tags as is usual on new furniture. My advice to store is listen to your customer. Stop being robot like with your sales pitch. You could not listen to my complaint without trying to sell me something more expensive (with discount)as way of customer care. Shameful. My consumer rights were ignored.
