She was extremely helpful in assisting us to clarify our needs, took time to explain what the different products had to offer and encouraged us to take time to try them out. There was no pressure to purchase.With her calm and helpful support we felt able to make a decision which she dealt with very efficiently, ensuring all the paperwork and delivery details were quickly completed and that we were aware of what was required to “settle in” our new mattress.No regrets about our choice. We’re very happy with our new bed and are grateful for the advice we received and we know we can be back in touch should we have any issues in the future.
