We purchased 2 new sofas from the Alston range in Jan 22. Sales process was great with a very patient and helpful Jas. After delivery in the summer the material quickly deteriorated. After contacting Jas she took ownership and liaised with the manufacturer who agreed to replace the sofas. We’ve had some teething problems getting the replacement but it’s here now and looks amazing. Throughout the process Jas took full ownership of any issues and patiently dealt with rectifying things. She was always upfront and kept us advised of what was going on. Whilst it would have been great to have the issues resolved a little quicker, ultimately it was all sorted to our satisfaction. She’s a real credit to the shop and we would certainly buy from Richard F McKay in the future and seek Jas out to help us with future purchases.
